Shipping policy

This document outlines the delivery terms applied by Ember Spell, operated by MB ED Shop, for product shipments within the territory of Lithuania and Latvia.

1. Delivery area

Products are delivered within the Republic of Lithuania and the Republic of Latvia.

2. Delivery method

All orders are shipped via LP Express parcel terminals.

3. Delivery time

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 2 business days after payment is received.

Estimated delivery times:

• Lithuania: 1–3 business days from dispatch

• Latvia: 2–4 business days from dispatch

Important: Delivery times may vary due to LP Express operations, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond the Seller’s control.
MB ED Shop is not responsible for delays caused by third-party services.

4. Delivery during holiday periods

During busy seasons (e.g., Christmas, Easter, major sales), delivery may take longer than usual.
MB ED Shop cannot guarantee standard delivery times during such periods and recommends placing orders in advance.

5. Delivery cost

The standard delivery fee is €1.99.
Free shipping may apply during promotional campaigns.

6. Order tracking

After the parcel is shipped, the Buyer receives an LP Express tracking number, which can be used to follow the shipment’s progress online.

7. Payment and contract formation

Products are shipped only after full payment for the order has been received.
The purchase–sale contract is considered concluded once the full payment is made.
