Return and withdrawal policy

This policy explains the conditions under which customers may return purchased products and withdraw from a purchase–sale agreement made online via the www.emberspell.lt store.

1. Right to withdraw from the contract

1.1. If you are a consumer (a natural person purchasing goods for personal, non-business use), you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the goods, without providing any reason.

1.2. To exercise this right, please notify us by email at info@emberspell.lt, indicating your order number, name, surname, items being returned, and the bank account number to which the refund should be transferred.

2. Return conditions

2.1. Returned products must be:

  • Unused

  • Undamaged

  • In their original, undamaged packaging with all labels attached (if applicable)

2.2. If a product has been used more than necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning, the Seller reserves the right to reduce the refund amount proportionally to the decreased value of the goods.

2.3. Return shipping costs are covered by the Buyer, except when the return is due to a defective product.

3. Non-returnable items

According to the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania, the Buyer cannot withdraw from the contract when:

  • The product was made to the Buyer’s individual order or personalized specifications (e.g., custom-made jewelry);

  • The product is unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons (e.g., earrings) and has been unsealed after delivery.

Note: For hygiene reasons, earrings and other body-contact accessories are non-returnable, except in cases of defects.

4. Return procedure

4.1. The Buyer must send the items back within 14 days of receiving them.
4.2. The return address will be provided individually upon contacting us by email.
4.3. The Seller refunds the money within 14 days of receiving the returned item (or proof of shipment), to the Buyer’s bank account provided under clause 1.2.

5. Defective or incorrect items

5.1. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at info@emberspell.lt and include relevant photos.
5.2. In such cases, the Seller will replace, repair, or fully refund the item (including shipping costs).
